Off topic, but after 3glasses of great red wine ( Dennis, you know what I mean), and I'm sharing with my fig friends: What's as good as perfectly ripe fig? " the ripeness is all" (shakespeare; King Lear) Grilled ribeye with the right amount of sea salt and Marie Sharp's hot sauce.

With a good grilled steak in mind, I'll share this photo of a couple of venison steaks on the grill with Cabela's Open Season rub. venison.. had ton, but cooks sucked. they over cook them to death. i mean, they are dead already. if some one want to a distance to kill a noble animal, least they can do is cook 'em so we can enjoy it. then again.. we were always drunk while cooking them. __________________ Pete Durham, NC Zone 7b "don't talk to me about naval tradition.
