Looks likes they might have some information on this variety, 

Gustissimo® Rossa Rotonda is the name they sell it by, I also see it in some czec sites.  Almost looks like ronde de bordeaux but I doubt if this is the case.

I've never heard of Rossa Rotonda, but the fig looks like Ronde de Bordeaux... at the bottom of this webpage,  http://www.figuiers.com/plants-de-figuiers.html , in a Forum Topic, http://figs4funforum.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=5885456 and as shown in this video...


Pictures of the leaves would also help in the ID. Good Luck.

Did anyone ever find out if the 

Rossa Rotonda
was the same as Rouge de Bordeaux?
