Last weekend I bought some of Snaglpus's (aka Dennis) fig jam. The one with the brandy of course. Two days ago I grilled some marinated pork chops then finished them with the fig jam as a glaze. Oh my. Sorry no pictures as 1 bite and couldn't stop. Yum. VSOP Fig Jam is excellent. Wait till you try these....... Grangala Fig Jam Drunken Fig Jam Balsamic Fig Jam I shipped a friend 4 fig trees a few months ago.
