I'm new to the forum....moved from So Cal to Phoenix...Starting from scratch. I have a mission, desert king, RDB, so far....i have no clue what i can grow here..hope they dont die. This Fig growing in Fountain Valley CA...fig picked unripe(sorry)

Welcome to the forum. Maybe Conadria or Adriatic? Mike central NY state, zone 5a

Thanks Mike. I was thinking white adriatic also....a lady down the street gave me the plant 5 years ago..its about 10 feet tall tons of fruit that ripen end of July. It gets darker pink in the middle when its ripe and is really sweet. Took a bunch of cuttings with me to Arizona and got 10 rooting fine. Just wondering if a fig pro can ID it for me. I love the original tree...hope i can grow it in the desert. If any members can give me tips on growing in the Phoenix area it would greatly be appreciated.

Mike, Don't get mad at me but definitely not Conadria. Also -- were you looking for Brogiotto Nero? Also doesn't look like my Adriatics. I will look at my stuff more but -- raining heavily right now,

Thanks for all the info guys! I've been searching to see green varieties grow well in the desert but havent gotten much info.
