I just got 2 huge brebas from a Lyndhurst White.  They both ripened with a lot of rain.  They were good but clearly diluted.  I put them in a dehydrator for a short time and they greatly improved.  I didn't let them get dry, I just took enough of the water out to darken the color significantly.

Cut open.  It would take forever whole and I want to taste it as is before I decide if it needs dehydrating.
