Wow this really shocked me to find this fig hiding under a leaf just now! Look how juicy this fig! Man o man it was delicious too! I am officially ruined haha! We've never had one but it looks good. It's really great when I'm walking around our fig trees and a find a "surprise" fig where I wasn't expecting it.

HC is the only variety of fresh fig I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying and I must say they are very good. Often overlooked and under rated IMO. Thanks for sharing. Yum! My hardy chicago was very good this year. I keep picking too early but yours looks near perfect. I just noticed that the coin is a nickel! I think they should be bigger next year. __________________ Brian Wish list: Col de Dame

I almost removed it but thought it might be my only chance for a ripe fig this year. Glad I did!
