I have one tree brown turkey no great I am trying to root a black madeira, but looking to ad 4 more  what is your 4 favorite, live in savannah ga zone 8b.  are there  any members on figs 4 fun live near savannah thanks roger

Hard question to answer. Depends on what you prefer taste wise. Do you prefer honey? berry? melon? Or just a figgy flavor. Lots of good ones out there. Peters honey was excellent this year. Hardy Chicago is excellent every year. Celeste was also good but more of a pure sugary fig. Not my favorite but was happy to have it. For your area Smith would also probably be a favorite. Rates right up there next to BM in flavor intensity and complexity.

I would recommend a Mount Etna type, they are reliable producers and fairly vigorous in most any climate
