Still picking figs!   Only Panache, LSU Purple, Black ?? (Ischia/Provence), and Celeste are still trickling in.  

These are the last of the Marylane Seedless and Strawberry Verte.   These were very good.

Enjoy the harvest.
But I think, if you are in notheren hemisphere, your celeste does not seem to be in sync with the season in northern hemisphere!!

Hi Figfinatic,
That's funny . My trees are all dormant .
Next time, try a pic with the figs still uncut, and cut ,outside and inside, and you'll be killing us :)
And to really be sure to have good stats, start with a photo with figs on the tree . Especially the panache tree, you'll make a score with those pics !
How big and old are those trees ?

Can't fault you for eating dry figs Andreas, I like figs in all states...fresh, dried, jam, jelly, cooked etc...except fig newtons (YUCK), although I prefer fresh.

you are my type of person wayne!!! lol
i wanted to peal some and freeze them this year and just take them out after a few months just to get an idea if i would like them.
the wife took the bag out of the freezer, didnt know what it was and just trashed them... 
i was hart broken.
i went through a package of dry figs just to calm my pain. :-((

Awesome.figfinatic is up at the north pole! I hear they get figs year round there! HO HO HO Merry Christmas y all!
I M heading straight to Marshals to buy a couple of more jars of fig preserves to ease my pain! Thanks a lot figfinatic!
