Happy Easter to all. In Canada we are enjoying a very long Easter weekend. Friday was an official holiday for'Good Friday", Saturday was sleepy day, Sunday is Easter and Monday is a holiday for many Canadian substitute for the Easter holiday being on Sunday. Added to this some Schools in the area had something similar to a professional development day (but not all schools)!
Do you ever wonder why the date for the Easter Sunday vary so much, which can occur some year as early as March 22 and other year as late as April 25! It is because the Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the first full moon that occurs after the spring equinox.

We did have a very good happy 2015 Easter ... We attended mass in the morning - the church was full with people, all dressed up in their best, and for some there was only standing room! The singing was superb, besides the usual church organ; the choir was accompanied with extra musical instruments, e.g., (little) bells, trumpets & drums ... Not to mention the lovely white lily flowers altar-decorations. We then went to my son's house [S NJ] to celebrate Easter dinner with his family (includes our 3 very young grand-kids). Mothernal-grands were also present [hailing from Brooklyn NY]. Attached is recent pic of the 3 kids sleeping in their car seats. Putting them there is quite a hassle & it usually starts up with a lot of crying, and then suddenly all ends up with a 'sleep' as the car starts moving.
