I do not know why this is BOLDED.

A year or so ago I bought a tree from Bob Wells Nursery in Lindale, Texas that was labeled "Lemon", as we know, it has many names, Marseilles, Peter's Honey, Lattarula, etc This year was the first crop and it turned out to be something other than Lemon, the figs are all coming in dark. I went to the website and told them that the tree was mislabeled and due to the fact that I was going to keep the tree because it was too far to drive but that I wanted them to be aware that this had happened and it may have been more that one that was mislabeled. Below is a copy of their response:

Danny,
I am sorry that happened. Every once and a while our field hands mislabel something. I want to replace it for you. If it is too far for you to drive, then I will be glad to ship it to you at no cost to you. We probably need to wait until the fall to ship it though. It is too hot right now.

Let me know what you decide.

Thanks,
Rob McDonald

There was no discussion of a receipt, a picture, when it was bought or anything.  The response was immediate.

This the way it should be! Any doubts who I will recommend?

Go to the website and check them out.

Sounds like a good dealer!  Nice to see they've got your back.
