Ahhhhhh! Sorry guys....I just had to post these beautiful pictures. Fall is my favorite season! Every day after work, I drive around and look at the hills and mountains. I told my wife at noon yesterday that I was going to Lowes. I came back home around 3 o'clock! I never made it to Lowes!!!! I was just driving around the hills taking in all the beauty of this great Earth! Here are 2 pics.
enjoy!

Snaglpus, looks just like here. I'm only like an hour from you though lol. I agree, love fall here in NC. Fall and spring are just perfect, not too hot or too cold. Well most the time. Nice pictures for sure.

I spent a little time up in Blue Ridge GA a couple weekends ago. The leaves were just starting to change on tulip/poplar and the maples. Shame we couldn't have had our camping trip a couple weeks later. Alas, it was beautiful anyways. I love that whole area of north GA and south TN/NC. Absolutely beautiful country.

A lot of people put emphasis on popular/exotic cultivars, which is great because it highlights some of the better fig varieties; however, I am most interested in the figs our members love regardless of pedigree. Currently Growing: a bunch of varieties.

The first is a sample size of a computer wallpaper, the second was taken about 3 weeks ago on Grandfather Mountain by a gentleman named Skip Sickler. They are both nice but I see most people who have commented are mistaken about who took them...

True! I did not take these photos. They were sent to me from some of my facebook friends. However, most of the pics I took were just like those in photo #2. I will post them later tonight. Landscapes are my favorites. Back when I was an artist, landscapes were all that I would draw.
