Why does the photo appear on different websites, one being Sears?

Why is one of the photos on his other auctions watermarked Wellspring Gardens?

Hi Jerry, The question should be, what am I really going to get when I make such a purchase? Perhaps the seller is conducting arbitrage (Drop shipping). This is when someone sells an item he does not have at a premium and then buys it from another source at a discount for delivery. Not everyone is internet savvy and all it takes is a few clicks per week or month and the seller is making $$.
I guess knowing your seller (or source) is the best approach to avoid disappointments.
