Such a big waste. Can't see a single fig tree there!
I don't like to fantasize but, but coming from Zone 5, the size and weather makes me imagine a lot of fig possibilities there.

Lol, you will find plenty of them just about anywhere along the coast and inland. Figs are weeds that are very difficult to deal with if not removed when they are young, they are not evergreen either so not that many properties actually have them in the prime locations.
