This should give you the best idea as to when you can leave your trees outside.  Simply type your location, then hit SUBMIT.
The next page will allow you to select a month/day/year.
Then, choose the MONTHLY tab and scroll all the way to the bottom where you will find what the high/lows were for your location in previous years.
