Hello all.
I am new to fig growing(two weeks new). I am located near Toronto, Ontario Canada. I enjoy reading the forum and I have found a lot of helpful information so far.
I have started a little fig collection, I have 2 black figs, a white fig and one unknown. I purchased these from local home fig growers. They don't know the actual name/type of figs only the colour fig the tree produces.
The one big black fig tree has about 50 figs and the white fig tree has 3. When I brought the trees home Sunday the big black fig had all green figs and now one is looking very black.
I should be receiving an order from Burgmansia-Quebec in a couple of days. I ordered a Black Mission, Celeste, Desert King and Violette de Bordeaux.
Here are a couple pictures of the tree's...opps the site won't let me post pictures, it says file bigger then 1MB. I am accessing the site on my cell phone and I am trying to attach the pictures from my phone...any advice(I'm not a computer expert).

Welcome to the forum. You could send pictures from your phone to your email and specify the size before sending. I usually pick large and send. Then open them in your email and save on your iPad or PC. Once saved you could load them up to this site. This is a long process perhaps but no need for editing. Perhaps someone else has a better solution.

Thanks Richie. I have a Samsung phone and it won't let me resize the picture, I can photo edit it.
Maybe you can answer this, after you attach the photo how do you get it into the actual post as full size. My attached photo's only show delete there is no add to post button.

Tony, welcome from Niagara! Your trees look nice and looks like you have lots of room to try some in ground. Will have a better idea on identify of the black fig once it is ripe and you can take a cross section photo of the pulp.
