OT Which pear tree should I get?

Hello, anyone growing pears? I need recommendation on which variety to get for my climate, zone 10a. I want a low chill, sweet, not gritty, no pollinator needed type & if possible, resistant to fireblight. Im asking for a lot, I know. Thanks for the help! Thanks for your advice on pear varieties, Brandon87, Alan & Bamafig. I will look into all three suggestions. I have really been interested in buying a pear tree for a while but theyre not too comon at the local nurseries. In reality I dont know if this is even a good time to find a pear tree... The best pears that I grow are Maxine, Ayers and Pineapple. All meet your priority list. I can send scion wood. __________________ Ray zone 8 Columbia, SC
