It appears I'm always eating in photos...  That's me wearing the USC shirt!!

Good Lord! Fairy wings, beards and brooms, big ol' bunny slippers (that kid is going to outgrow you Greg) and a way too ambitious tree-climber. I am having way too much fun looking at these. Here's a first bass for you.

Paula, You've got it! I refused to be "Grah-kah" ( as everyone was calling me), so the DOL changed and the court adopted, so all my documents in the U. S. is Grasa for almost a 1/4 century!

Cody, I believe is the finger, LOL!

Dave & Brent ,

When did you guy's serve? MOS? when did you deploy? OEF/OIF?

I was in from '93'-'05' I was stationed in Italy with the 3/325 ABCT then WSMR, Ft. Lewis , S. Korea then back to Ft. Lewis
MOS 12-B   Combat Engineer
OEF-1, OIF-1, OIF-3

On Halloween of '05' My vehicle was hit by an BVIED. I took some shrapnel to the hip, right arm and lower back .

This is me with the Chrome Dome look Pic from '97'

Cody I served from 98-to mid 01 mos primary 11b been to sill, benning, jackson, and brag. was soposed to be Pparty at brag but got sent to southcom down in FL

Airborne qualified with the 82nd attached to 75th rangers and went to panama and columbia in joint ops with some 232nd marine snipers and the snake eaters of the 7th s.o.g. great bunch of guys to work with. was in country 10 1/2 months in the san paublo river valley doing bad things to bad drug dealers and such. until one fatful day i got wounded (frag) didnt catch any medal but the force rotated a disk in my back. the sent me state side fixed me up and gave me a discharge option which i took.

still have bad dreams. we had contact several times in the deployment with FARC hired for extra guns by the cartel.

arthritis in both knees, back pain, bullet fragments in chest and right shoulder, ptsd. if i had it to do over again i would had still enlisted even knowing what i know now.( my friends and family say im crazy but it is what it is)

highest rank made e-4 but had hardcore stripes got busted to pfc after i broke the platoon sargents nose, it wasnt my fualt. he threw a trash can at me, i chucked the lid back. it just happend to hit the bridge of his nose. mp's showed up not a good time. got shot with a rubber bullet then in the small of my back. peed blood for 2 weeks. and that was my army time in a nutshell. sorry i cannot go into any detail partaining to the ops. im sure you understand.

I was in the 3/325 at Bragg from 03-06, I was a cook. I got to taste my first fresh fig there from a tree planted by the barracks. I would still do it all the same as well.
I was only in Iraq during "the surge" in the green zone. I don't like to talk about it very much though.

All the way boys!

THank you Noss!!!!  Been married 29 years----boys are 27 and 25.  My oldest works with me in downtown Charlotte.  Youngest is a second year medical student at UNC at Chapel Hill.

All these fishing photos brings back memories!  I use to fish in BASS tournaments when I was a hot shot Captain in the Air Force.  I retired from the USAF in 2005--Sold my 2 bass boats and went crazy growing fig trees!  Every person needs a passion.  Mine use to be bass fishing, now its figs!

Great pic JD!  I know that's a lot of fun!  Reminds me of the barrel rolls I did in a T-38 over Clovis New Mexico!  Man those were the days!

Look at all of the fishermen!  Wow!  Check out Suzi, Jennifer and the rest of Charlie's Angels!!!!  HA!

Love the photos guys and gals!  Keep them coming!

@Jennifer Words cannot describe it as it was 'like nothing on Earth'. One of the best personal experiences that I have ever had. @Maj Johnson I spent a few weeks a few times testing on Holloman and at WSMR. New Mexico will always be memorable for me. Being on location when a Raptor goes supersonic is unforgettable.
