I got many emails from friends who attended our previous gathering if I'll be hosting the event this year. I'm looking at Saturday June 13th. Location will be at my new house in Bethlehem, Pa. Who would be interested in attending?

I created this invite to make it easy to track and see who will be attending as well.

To view the invitation and RSVP.

I'd be interested in coming. Will have to check my schedule to see if it's possible. Always good to see folks and pick up a few figs (not that I need more!). Plus I'd love to see your new place, Bass!

Would also be happy to chip in some money to cover pizza and/or other food costs if you go that route.

It's coming up, so...Bump!
I'll have a couple of Unknown Attilio Purple and Green plants, my friend Scott will be bringing some citrus and Pineapple pups.
He'd love to grow Quenepas.
I'm maxed out on figs, but anyone who has a fig wish list and non-fig fruit extras (medlar, persimmon, mulberry, berries of all sorts, Paw Paw) contact me.
Bass, was there some Myrtle at your house last year that tastes like cinnamon?
I'll go for one of those.

Quick question.. Also maybe a dumb question

Do people wear name tags? I'm asking because forum names and real names are different.. Case in point is me.. My real Name is Eric but I use my favorite uncles name who passed away (Also my sons middle name as well as mine) If he was still alive he would have loved my new hobby.. Both Wine Making and Growing Fig trees.

Bass

I usually have stickers for name tag. I am out of name tags. If anyone has stickers or name tags that can bring it would be great.

Bringing cheese board from Wegmans--too hot to cook! And pitcher plants for Bass (they eat bugs, not cheese)!! Looking forward to learning from everyone.

Barry, got you down for key lime. Nick, I hope you're having an easier time than I fitting all the plants you want to bring. Alright, last minute frenzy: I'm bringing a (sad) Nazarti, a K-7-11, a Lyndhurst White, an Orphan, a Diredo, 2 Attilio Greens and about 12 Attilio Purples. If anyone got Attilio Purple cuttings from me in the Fall, and they didn't make it, let me know, you get first dibs. I'll also be bringing some rooted (but still fragile) grape cuttings, similar to Valiant. Bass - make room ;)

Sorry guys and gals. Took short video to place on here but my canon camera let me down.Somehow it was in the slow motion mode. I don't know how that happened.
All in all we had a great time. Wifey really enjoyed herself with the other woman at the event. Tons of fig trees and other plants to deal with. Everyone went home with a smile on their face.

The home made wine was outstanding as well as the Italian cold cuts Vito made. Lots of sweet treats as well. Thank you Bass and your wife for taking care of all our needs
for the day.
We where happy we attended.

Just wanted to echo everyone else here in saying what a nice time my wife and I had. Sorry we had to skip out early, I think the heat was a bit much for her (being pregnant). I am excited about the plants I received, even if I don't know much about them! Vito, any information about the Croatian fig? Anyone else have experience with GM #25?

Barry, I'm excited to try Noire de Caromb. Have you found it to be the same as Kathleen's Black?

Tim

Tim, I'd planted my Kathleen Black in ground and it was killed 2 years ago by a harsh winter so I've been unable to do a side by side comparison. I do recall others saying they were different yet of similar quality
