Here is my Panache bought as small plant 2010, grows well in what i call slingshot shape.
Last season i taste a few around 2nd week of October.
Main crop will come earlier this season than last as plant gets a little more seasons under its limbs.
One main branch produces variegated fruit and other main produces non variegated.
In Chimera class of fig types.
Chair placed for size example.

Mnedelcu,
I first start to notice the fig embryo's May 26th on mine.
It sits on hot 20x30ft cement patio in sun and does the fig shuffle which i feel helps a great deal.

Hmmm,

Martin = Light color figs.

But, I've seen stranger things.

Great looking trees Martin & Dave.  Is Panache a good tasting fig, or more of a novelty because of the stripes?  Those trees really look healthy, what are you feeding em?

It was decent but only had several last season so time will tell with a few more seasons under its limbs.
I feed all my plants the same  - rib eye steak.
Just funnin

I have always used good ole miracle grow.

Still in the White fig category no matter how you shake n bake it.

Sirlampsalot, Tried one at Jons place a while back and it was a great tasting fig. Just needs longer time to mature and ripen.
