Hi all, I just had to post a picture of the first roots coming from an unknown type fig. Seems that all the humidity I had it in is working, roots after only 13 days!!! Sorry but I am very excited about this,lol. |

That's a good start. Keep it in the humidity until it starts to grow leaves. You can gradually remove it from the humid environment, by cutting the corners of the plastic bag if it is in that or gradually opening the top if it is in a bin or other such thing. Good luck! |

Thanks Barry, I used the 2 cups idea, top one upside down over the bottom one and then into cooler with water at the bottom and a grow light shining into it for some heat.I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping that it keeps growing. |

Nice job Scott! Isn't that the best feeling, seeing those first few roots popping out? I am still stoked when I see them little roots. |
