Any updates on Dan's favorite? (I believe was sold by Raintree) Not much info about it online or on the forum. Curious if anyone has had any exeperience with it.

NO!

Dan's Favorite works very well around Puget Sound where only Brebas ripen but may or may not perform similarly in other Climate/Microclimate conditions.
