Greetings All

Really nice bright, sunny and warm day here in eastern Maryland today with the high about 52F or so. The forecast is predicting similar temps for the rest of the week, with overnight lows about 30. I went out to check my covered Hardy Chicago and noticed a lot of our spring flowers are pushing up, daffodils, snow dros and crocus.

I'm thinking it might be time to uncover my tree soon so it doesn't start to sweat with the springtime temps. Anyone else thinking it's time to uncover in a week or so?

Here are a few pix of spring flowers, Snow Drops and Crocus.

You must be a few weeks ahead of my area. We're just starting to see tulips coming out of the ground about an inch or so tall. For me winter is still going on. We had snow flurries all day.

Yes it is. It is 65F right this minute but the extended forecast is for lows in the in the 20's and highs in the 40's and as low as 23F
a couple of nights down south here. I would think you are going to have some more cold nights also up there.

I'm thinking i need to unwrap the Hardy Chicago in two weeks or so. Considering "Hardy Chicago" is allegedly hardy, I'm thinking it can withstand a few cold nights, since i think the really freezing, cold, extended chill nights are now behind us here in MD. Thoughts?
