I seen on a thread about two weeks ago if even that sombody posted a link to where you could buy thes clam shell air layer pots. soposed to be able to use zip ties to hold them on the tree. if any body knows the link i would be greatful. i cant find that thred for the life of me. |

I tried both. I like the rooter pots better. The round ones with zip ties need some tinkering to hold them in place securely. |

think im going to get 5 3-packs of the medium size. think i would use those the most. a couple large too. dont think i would really have use for the small at this time. |

I tried both the rooter pots from Bass and the clam shells from airpropigator.com. There wasn't much difference in results in my opinion except the rooter pots are far better quality. 1/3 of my clam shell pots came broken and they are not very well constructed. |

Are the rooter pots the same size as the clamshell. I don't want nothing to big. The med clamshell is perfect size for my needs. |
