My fig tree's are still putting on figlets daily. This Texas Everbearing (or brown turkey, really am not sure on this one) is just covered with figs from top to bottom! And the Alma is trying to redeem itself by putting out a bunch of figs too. The Bryant Dark is swelling, celeste still has a few new figs left on it, and even some of the smaller tree's are going to try for at least 1 like the VdB & Red Sicilian. |

Yes here i nip branches to stop fig devlopment after a certain date for if they keep growing the figs will keep showing up as well and harm plant going into off season. |

Imran in short i trim after 5th or 6th leaf in our zone location and also any new shoots that may form around the area of cut . |

Your right Martin. I haven't trimmed any of them yet. That was actually the reason I joined the forum to begin with. And its the only thing I haven't done on my tree's yet. So I should go ahead and pinch the tips that are still producing figs? And what would you do with that tall Alma? |
