How old is your Hardy Chicago Mike. Mine is only a yearling but I agree about the taste. Not bad not great either but maybe worhwhile for production. |

My HC has been great, I let them hang on the tree much longer though. I do have to put a baggie on them to stop the wasps and hornets when they get about to the stage the ones in the pics are at. |
