bird or squirrel damaged figs go to my tortoises or my son's bearded dragon's don't wanna waist any figs

Fallen figs my ducks eat.....in which case you trade figs for jumbo duck eggs.

I have lizards in the backyard but they are missing the extra skin around their necks and at summer time they become colorful on their belly, blue necks, green belly and yellow underarms...they never eat any plants. they eat ants and flies. here's some

Jack. Yeah, he sure is cute in eating that fig. Not quite as cute when they're about 5' long though. Granted, a very impressive animal no doubt.
I'm sure a big one would eat a whole pile of figs!

Lol, Ive got a lot of green and brown Anola lizards in my yard and they are always on my blueberry plants. At night they sleep on them and you can walk right up to them, scratch there backs untill they wake up then they take off like a drunk scalded monkey! My kids get a huge laugh out of it. In the drought of 2012 in my area I would find bite marks on some of my blues. Couldnt figure out what its was. I knew it wasnt birds as I had the whole area bird netted. Then I was taking a daily stroll through my plants and caught a green Anola red handed. He was sitting on the branch with blueberry skin hanging out of his mouth and fresh bit berry right in front of him. When water gets hard to find animals will always find a way. Survial instincts!

I think lizards are full of character, they take a pick at you as you go by and they can hide and still pick at you as you go by...My kids love them too, it's a blessing to have healthy nature in the backyard ;)
We, also, have 12 Deers, a family of Racoons with the mother we named LooLoo, few Bob Cats (I think they are domesticated by now), wild Yellow Beak Pigeons (they look huge and heavy), Red wing Hawks on the Pine Tree (they hatch twice throughout summer and are very loud), Owls at night...Butterflies and Hummingbirds at day time...it's like wildlife pocket in the middle of the city.
