I am so happy that so many of you have all these beautiful green leaves and cute little fruit buds on the trees. Mine has never ever had fruit on it this quick. Has one time that the fruit comes out and then keeps on producing until late fall. I'm having fig envy... sheesh

Maybe this will make you feel better. We warmed up in mid February. But for the second year in a row had a severe late freeze. I did save one apricot with blankets and a heat lamp, the green tree.

After last years freeze all I had left to damage was watermelon, bingo.

Omg I would have cried. Just looking at it gives me a nauseous feeling.
Our frost date is 4/15 here
In Miami I used to haul all my bougainvillea and frangipani inside, made it look like a green house.

Hi! Steve,

What types of the fruit trees are you growing? Your trees are about 24 inches apart. Please let me know if fruit trees can be planted this close. Thank you.

Best,
Tam
