Last weekend I bought some of Snaglpus's (aka Dennis) fig jam. The one with the brandy of course. Two days ago I grilled some marinated pork chops then finished them with the fig jam as a glaze. Oh my. Sorry no pictures as 1 bite and couldn't stop. Yum. Can't wait to try this with pork tenderloin. |

That sounds awesome! Please post a photo of the tenderloin if you can. I have a couple in the freezer I was trying to work out a new recipe to try! |

VSOP Fig Jam is excellent. Wait till you try these....... Grangala Fig Jam Drunken Fig Jam Balsamic Fig Jam I shipped a friend 4 fig trees a few months ago. In the box, I added a jag of my Balsamic fig jam. He used it as a glaze on grilled salmon. He said it was amazing. Now he wants more! |

I need to become friends with Dennis! We could sit out on his new deck grilling and eating figs all day! To bad he lives so far away but probably a good thing for him! Haha =) |
