Over the last couple weeks I've noticed a lot of these little white moth looking Flys all over my fig trees, they are all over the yard and shrubbery along the property line. Can someone tell me what they really called and if they are harmful or not, thanks.

Do an search for White Apple Leafhopper and see if that looks like them. The shape reminds me of a leafhopper, but it's hard to tell from the pics.

I've seen those types of little moths around (maybe not the same here in PA, but similar). Adult moths themselves won't do any damage and are generally good to have around for pollination (not of figs, of course), but potentially the caterpillars can cause damage. That being said, just keep an eye for caterpillars the next few weeks, but I wouldn't expect any problems or enough damage to warrant any treatment.

Do they do a fast skitter round the stem if you try to touch one.  If so, they are probably some time of leaf hopper as noted above.  I've only seen green leaf  hoppers on mine.  They never caused any damage.

They are NSA drones typically used for drug traffickers.  Their on-board labs can detect thousands of illegal chemicals or their ingredients.

Yup, looks like a leaf hopper.  I have green ones on my blackberries, they haven't hurt them so far.  I wonder if they like latex?
