Not sure how many of you know Hershell as he is a fairly new member but we have talked back and forth and last week he drove down from his home in Georgia to my place in Florida for a visit. Hershell is a commercial greenhouse builder by trade as well as a professional tree grafter, more on that later. |

Over the years I met many great people around the Country and Canada. This is what I miss most from being on the road. |

I hate to travel, but a trip like yours would convince to make it! Can't wait to see the greenhouse pictures. |

Sounds like a cool trip Wills! Im sure you will put it to great use. The best thing is now it opens up another door for you to really pursue some tropicals! Thats exciting stuff!!! Whats tops on the list now? Mango and Lychee are a given but what other exotic fruit are you going grow now? |

Wow, Hershell is up to some interesting stuff. Molasses on corn muffins is delicious. I'd love to see that citrus collection, and learn by watching an watch an expert graft pecans. Sounds like a heck of a nice day spent with Hershell. Mike in Hanover, VA |

Whow Wills, are you trying to say that I am long winded. There are many here that have been very generous to me. Including you, Heck I have had two PM's this week from members wanting to send me free trees. What a great group of people. Mike got me started. Darkman knew me from the citrus forum and her introduced me to FMD and he took a chance and invited me to his house. Everyone that I have met and talked too have just been so great to talk too. All I can say is thanks to all of y'all that have helped me. |

My brother just joined the forum, he has not introduced himself yet but he is the syrup maker. I am just a helper. Without his help I would be lost. |

Here is the erector set, err greenhouse:) Well the metal parts anyway. The square tubing to the left is 12' long and will go 2' in the ground and cemented. The arches are 18.6 feet but may have to be trimmed back some, not sure on that yet. |
