Pete, thanks for posting that link. I had read through that thread repeatedly over the last months. This winter I had in ground Kadota, Texas Everbearing, Banana, and Binello, but not Binella. Binello (Gallo?) a 1st year tree fruited early and relatively heavily. Eventually, a nearby Banana (2nd year tree) fruited a little, I think 5 figs. The 1st year Kadota and Texas Everbearing did not fruit. All came back from ground dieback. |
