Wow Francisco, they look super crunchy, look at those seeds, and I believe as you stated sweet and good tasting, just by looks alone a person would want to eat all of them in one setting. |

Wow, that is awesome! I guess they would be considered fully caprified. I didn't even know a fig could have that many seeds! (No wasps here in Delaware.) |

Those look great, nice photos! How long does it usually take to dry figs in the sun? I wouldn't mind giving it a try next year. Home dried figs for filling some Italian Christmas cookies sound pretty good to me. |
