Greetings all, if you know me you know I have a giant Celeste tree that I think very highly of and she is getting a big trim this year. If you would like cuttings let me know i I'm asking for is the shipping, you can have as many as you like. they root very well and are great for experimenting with or school room projects. last year two class rooms got to play with cutting and grow trees... 

 

Is your Celeste different from the normal Celeste?

I'll edit too and we will be in sync. It doesn't drop it's figs, it produces one great crop as long as it is pruned. It will produce a breba that isn't nearly as good as it's main.

If I remember correctly, Gloria's Celeste tastes like a nectarine or peachy.

no guys... there was another fig that owner of the cuttings were describing as Pich-Apricot... I am growing 2 f'em, they grow very vigorous BTW.

I have a tree growing from Gloria's parent tree.  I found that my Celestes do have somewhat of a nectarine taste.  If the figs are over-ripe, they taste more sweet and figgy, but if they are picked just before over-ripe, mine have tasted like a nectarine.
