Do you have more pics of the fruit, would really help, also unsure is the fruit you posted is green or yellow, camera flash?,but it had a red eye so that should help narrow it a bit

The eye is neon pink or hot pink. Fruit started out green but is yellow now. Bright yellow but still hard and not swelling. I will post some older pics from two weeks ago. Thanks.

It does look very close. I never r heard of that fig where is it from ?
I would say as it is ripening the brighter the yellow gets. Your pics shows a greenish color. But thanks for helping out.

They could of picked those unripe, or were in the deep shade. I found pictures where they are more yellow.

I think it looks like a unanimous panel of judges on this one, those who have said Chico have about 5k posts and and 12 years on the forum collectively between them,Chico it must be

Chico it shell be. Never heard of a chico strawberry. Is it good. And someone must have grew thus from a cutting. Good deal. This is,the, fastest unknown to be identified.

I have enough cuttings to send out to all of yall that are in this thread so far to help me know for sure. It just looks to yellow to be chico but probably is. But let me know if you take me up on this. 5 dollars shipping if you can if not will send for free. They will be really nice healthy cuttings so we have best chance of rooting. Thanks for you responses thus far. Richie

Look forward to seeing the ripe figs Richie. I seem to remember that Chico has an open eye when ripe. If its not Chico, Nola Pink Eyed Lady sounds good. Mike in Hanover, VA
