These photos take in June in Lenato, Italy.

They have male flowers, but there is no fig wasp inside.

I suppose that in June, they should have wasp in caprifig.

Yes, that should be a Profichi crop and the figs show good quality with plenty of full galls and stamen with pollen
Some galls are already wide open indicating that the insects (probably males)  have already left
Other insects can be seen still inside intact galls waiting for help from male wasps to break the capsule skin, fecundate and let them go.

What exact date in June did you see this ?
Where exactly is this place - Lenato- ?

Is possible the male Fruit to eat? How is the taste? Both women Fruit Typs possible to eat? In what Times comes what Fruit Type? All together?

Sorry I forgot date. Actually take photo on 25/5/2016 at Lonato, Verona in Italy

If wasp went out, why the pollen so young. I try to loot at gall and do not see any wasp. the eye is also close.

I do not think caprifig is edible, I just wonder where is fig wasp

Persistent caprifigs are edible :)
But this is not that one... Can be eaten but it has a slight cotton taste :D

Wild Figs are Caprifig with 3 Variity of Flowers. In the South with Figwesp 1 Female-Flower is to eat. My Quetions is:

Is by persistent Fig-plant in the North without Figwesp al 3 Flower Variity to eat or only 1 Form from the Female-Flower, so as in the South?

I have much Wildfigs. Just more and more adult and much have loost the first Flowers.(But also normal persistent female Variity)

My new Variity Kunduz must be normal a Caprifig, but the first Fruit was normal so as From persistent female Plant and with very good taste. Maybe later other Flower other or that was from two Hybrid Caprifig Mother and Father and is was a persistent female Figplant.

I did not say they left out.. I said :

-Some galls are already wide open indicating that the insects (probably males)  have already left

Male wasps (wingless) are the first to come out of their galls (capsules)  die inside the fig... never get out.. may be a few but remain near the ostiole,
Once their metamorphosis sequence finalized, they break their galls open and start cracking the female galls to inseminate them and this will certainly take a few days... then they turn their attention to the 'excavating' of a passage through the stamen bush again to help the females to move out.. The wasps you wished to see are still inside their galls..
I would say that for this particular fruit, a week or 10 days later you would have seen plenty of wasps
