This Florea tree I have has no figs but had flowers earlier in season I'm in zone 7a. Is this the type of tree that won't bear fruit?

IF it is a mature plant and it does not have main crop fruits then it is not Florea! If it is a tiny young plant wait for ,to mature,after 3 years old.

A friend used to grow his figs in a greenhouse. I should have taken photos of the figs they were split wide open beyond anything I had ever seen. They were completely unfolded from a distance they looked like large red flowers in full bloom. this stock photo is similar;
