Beautiful! What amazing contrast between the color of the skin and the luscious interior! Is the interior color a camera CMOS artifact or is the color as rendered accurate? Wow!

Really beautiful looking figs!
Resembles a lot the variety Birdi (birdi=green in Sardinian).
Old specimen:
[birdialbero]
[birdi5]  [birdi2]  [birdi4]
[birdisemi]

These fruits are caprified, look at the seeds.
The taste is not my favorite, berry like, but lacking the aroma of the dark varieties and the sweetness of the white ones.

A "Dall'osso" shaped fruit:
[birdifruttostrano]  [birdifrutto4]

How is the taste of your Santa Pau?
These could be the same variety or very similar, belong to the same Adriatic group i guess.
