Really beautiful looking figs! Resembles a lot the variety Birdi (birdi=green in Sardinian). Old specimen:
These fruits are caprified, look at the seeds. The taste is not my favorite, berry like, but lacking the aroma of the dark varieties and the sweetness of the white ones.

How is the taste of your Santa Pau? These could be the same variety or very similar, belong to the same Adriatic group i guess.
