Saw this in the health food store the other day and thought you guys would get a kick out of it! Anyone want to smell like figs?

Lol... Wonder what it smells like.... I'm not sure as to how cat urine smells (no cats), but I don't find the smell of fig plants objectionable so I hope that the two don't really resemble each other... likely they did a marketing test to confirm that their scent wasn't objectionable to majority of folks... now skunk.... that's another story and a whole different category of stink... Ugh!

My figs don't smell like cat urine, must be your unique soil composition. The leaf smell is hard to describe, anyone who drives one home from the nursery can tell that the leaves are very fragrant. I did smell the deodorant and it wasn't off putting.

Becky... OK, so even though the jury is still out, perhaps I'm not completely crazy after all.... Both plants and especially cuttings have a fragrance... but... I don't find it objectionable.... Did the deodorant fragrance also smell like your fig leaves?
