This is my Ali Pasha fig tree, first year in ground, first ripen figs. Figs are small and sweet, taste maybe will improve next years... Ripening is late because it has suffered a temperature shock in spring (february-march)

This fig tree is not very vigorous, but it has ripen figs first year in ground,
after one year in pot, where it also had ripen few figs. Leaves are rather small.

It is not common for a fig tree to ripen figs in first year after planting in ground,
this has happened also for my Ronde de Bordeaux, for other cultivars it takes more years...

Thank you for sharing these pictures.
Do you know if this fig is prone to splitting and souring?

Timo,
It may suffer souring and splitting in heavy rains,
but this summer was mostly dry...
