Hello Anek

This picture could  well be showing a healthy and prolific Caprifig (non-edible) about a month or so before liberating thousands of pollen carrying insects (Blastophaga psenes).
The spring crop of a good Caprifig shows similar clusters of Profichi near the terminal bud on branches  of the previous year

Yes. You may even make many Caprifigs 'in house' - by germinating seeds taken from Calimyrma dry figs or some good quality imported dry fig....but, lacking the pollinating insect in your zone, you would never be able to get a viable and authentic tree as the one on above  picture.

I would rather grow other types (the edible/tasty/sweet) like Desert King, Panachée, HC, Sultane, etc..rooting scions from those varieties, which are also quite nice trees
