I was walking through my local Mclendon HW store and saw these pond pots. They actually work great as air pruning pots. I stuck my kadota and a negronne in that i had extra of. So starts the experiment on how well it will do here in the Seattle area.

Can't wait to taste mine. Feels like all I do is stalk ebay and have been "collecting" way more varieties than a normal human being should have. =)

Thx for asking this question. In my quest to collect various varieties. I usually find out after the fact that I am duplicating varieties because of various names for the same type. Like Brunswick/Magnolia and Violette de bordeaux/negronne. I wonder f someone's created a handy decoder ring for all the various names.

I got this fig through the mail about 2 weeks ago. I think it may have been growing in a greenhouse or indoors. This is how the leaves are. Is it snuburn perhaps or something more sinister?

I like this game: I live in Renton and have more plants than I probably should. It's a bad addiction. I did have greenhouse but it blew apart in the wind last winter. I do have a couple of pomegranates I can trade you for that survives our winters here.

Apples:
Spartan, Rubinette, Beni Shogun, Akane, Columnar apple - Grafts Macoun, Honey crisp, gala

Asian pears, IZU & Fuyu Persimmons, Nectarines, Italian and Shiro plums Goji berry, a few varieties of Blueberry bushes, a couple of honey berry bushes, quince, bing cherry, 3 varieties of hardy kiwi, chayotes, and apricots, oh and the blueberry tree

Trying to grow pawpaws I have a few 2 ft trees. I planted 3 bareroot 4ft trees but they have not leafed out yet.

Figs:
Negronne, Olympian, Hardy Chicago, Petite Negra, Kadota, (Rooting: Black Mission, peter's honey, Ronde De Bordeaux, Panache, LSU Gold, Atreano,) (In the mail: Desert King, Violette De bordeaux, Cordi Stella)

-Ben

Mulberries:
Dwarf Issai, Rooting a bunch of Black mulberry cuttings let me know if you want any when they root, and Waiting for the pakistan plant to come in the mail as well as the CHE mulberry.

Tropical stuff:
Pomagranates, Li & Lang Jujubes, couple of 2yr old paypayas grown from seed, Jaboticaba, June plums, longans, sapotes, miracle fruit, cherimoyas, gynura procumbens, dragon fruit, Moringa, yacon
