I think the small eye, dark purple skin with those spots look great and the red inside is to die for...
I would love to try a fig that looked like that.. And if I could get a cutting , Well I would be in fig heaven .....

Thank you so much for hosting this great fig gathering,
please be sure to thank your wife for me as well,
she does a wonderful job hosting so we can all
get together to talk figs and fruits.
It was really nice to see everyone from last year
and nice to meet some new people this year as well.
I really look forward to this every year, I have tons of fun.
The pot luck lunch is always interesting and delicious,
and there is always something for everyone.
And the bonus of the day is the raffle!

My fastest were a few unknowns but they didn't grow too much
I would have liked a couple of feet but they only grew about a foot.
Maybe they were growing roots and next year will be the year they
put on top growth...

How old are you ? Just tell your Mom you brought some friends home

and them give her some figs to eat, hopefully she will be HOOKED
