There where fruits on trees inside the mini golf but not in the parking lot.
When you pull into the driveway on the right of the mini golf theres a lot about 3/4 of the way to the end of it on your right that says private property blah blah blah directly behind that sign about 100ft there is the fig tree i posted ..the last one take pics when your here and post them I/we would love to see them.

Success!!!!! the last tree picture is in the parking lot (town property) right next door.
The trees are huge and everywhere in the golf course I went first thing after checking the forum this morning.
Thank you guys so much for coming through I knew someone would.
I have no idea what type of figs these have but if they root and grow etc I will be sure to post pics.
The cuttings are from the last tree pic in the parking lot right next to the mini golf.

Awesome its a keeper then I will get cuttings this season and air layer come spring does anyone else have any input on this one I will prob be offering some cuttings and dont want to send out another unknown if  I get 3 positive id's and we all agree then ill name it what it is..

Does it produce a good amount of fruit is it worth air layering come spring and planting in ground ?

I now have access to 5 more trees that are local her name is Bridget (Italian of course) she said aaa ita iza grenna ona da outsida but it iza red ona da insida...
It resembles Brunswick to me but I don't have ripe fruit to verify it and also Brunswick is more
of a bronze color isn't it?

Hey JD doesn't the peters honey have a golden center.
The center in this was a darker strawberry color and the reason why it split was because it rained the day before I originally thought peters honey until I open the FIG and convinced myself otherwise.

Hey everyone TONYSAC here just wanted to let all know especially my LI Family that Hicks in westbury on Jericho turnpike is 50% off I couldn't resist the temptation I bought a Panache and a Black Jack $30 ea the tree in the pick to the right is the Panache and the left is the Black Jack and of course the fruit you can figure out.
They also had Brown Turkey/Black Mission and Peters Honey all have fruit on them and the BT are like 7ft tall.

Hey everyone TONYSAC here I found another local and was wondering what you guys might think it is.
The story is I helped this lady last year shovel out her property in that horrible storm we had and I knew she had a tree :) so she said thank you and what do I owe you and I said I live in the other corner house that way and I proceeded to point and said in the spring can I come get some figs and she said (huh FIGS I dont understand) older chinese lady... I had to explain what I was talking about and then she said OHHHH I will bring them to you in the spring when there ripe.
Well she didnt she totally forgot so I went there knocked on the door reminded her who I was and she smiled and said the fruit is no good this year but go look if theres anything on the tree. So I did and this is what I got from it.

Well it didn't turn up anywhere it was surely stolen my dogs def didn't get it and ive been here for 5yrs and have never seen a dog off leash so I have to say it was stolen all I can do is hope something comes my way and with all you guys im sure something will thanks everyone.

Hello everyone TONYSAC here im at work so I gotta be quick ok so I started to root a cutting (RDB) in water and it started showing roots.
So I potted it up into a chinese food container and put it outside in a spot on the side of my house where it would get good sun all day.There was others there also.
I see it everyday/night etc to check on it for about a month now.
I went to look at it last night after walking the dogs and it was GONE im upset about this because it was from a kind forum member and I have no more of this variety.
All they had to do was knock on the door and I would of gladly gave them cuttings from something else or even made them an air layer of something.
So I no longer have an RDB I just needed to tell someone besides my wife ....thanks for listening.
PS this was a very slow process with this cutting and that makes it even worse I was really trying to get it into tree form and it was taking forever but finally started.
And now it is no longer mine.

I thought the same thing Meth lab its kinda scary its about 1.5 blocks away from my house? I know people that work for the town i'm gonna put my feelers out and find out PS that's why I didn't wanna open barrels.
Thanks FF and yea there's a couple oldies that survived in the neighborhood (barely) little bit here and there on misc branches at misc heights etc.
Basically 3 of mine froze to the ground but sprouted back up from the base/roots and one didn't freeze to the ground but mostly froze but its sprouting here and there like some of the locals.
Just set my second air layer on another oldie (BT) but it already has Breba and the branch im layering grew 3 feet already with the Breba its a good one regardless and it will be mine.

Rain barrels...I'm afraid to see what's in them they have screw tops and there both closed?.

Hey everyone TONYSAC here just want to say hi to you all and show you pics of my 1st air layer of the season.
This winter was brutal and all local trees froze 90% to the ground I have been eyeballing this waiting to see what it did before air layering it.
It is on the property of a condemned house and I couldn't resist the temptation oops.
Its probably just a BT but at this point I truly don't care I just want to start growing again.
You have ALL been there before and if you haven't you will.

PS notice in 3rd pic the notice on the door I wonder what happened the house is totally full of stuff books furniture toys etc like they went out to go grocery shopping? and never came back like time standing still in there....its kinda spooky.

Justin its nice to meet you PLEASE keep me on the list for some cuttings that sounds like a very tasty fig caramel/vanilla oh man im in just tell me how much and how to pay you.
Good luck talking with the lady ive been in that situation before dont give up.
PS if your getting figs from the tree why not just cut a few long branches off ? and make a few bunches of cuttings.
