I could'nt see in your profile in which region you are.
Are you in the northern hemisphere ? Do you have a light for them to grow inside ?

Last year I lost my three "inside house" trees in march (2*dalmatie + 1*goutte d'or) . All of a sudden everything dried back - each had made four new leaves inside my flat, and ten centimeters growth.
I think it was because of the lack of light - I have no grow-light / or too much water / or the fertilizer / or the sun behind the window that killed them - I have no precise idea in fact .
I was really disappointed to loose them after five months !
I had two brother-trees in ground - from one of the three inside growers / goutte d'or - and those did survive winter and grow in may .
I had five cuttings from the dalmatie in-ground, but lost four to the cold spring. The one that survived is now as high as me .

I'm at south of china, there is warm,in winter the lowest temperature about -1℃.I dont think they will be die
