Try this in ebay edengrovenursery.

I had ones with chewy skins like leather. Ones with jammy texture, and others that were juicy and had almost no texture. Seeds are good to describe texture, and some had veins near the skin that were like lines when you bite them.

My beall has similar leaves like your's, but mine has not fruited yet, so I'm not 100% sure of the variety.

Color and taste and size can change in the first 1-2 years dramatically from what I have seen.

Condit is for commercial growers!!!!!!!

I think it is because it needs heat more than any other variety. Mine kept its figs green for about 4 months which is much more than other varieties in my area.

Sultane is different.

The fayumi has Non lobed large leafs with gelatinous texturesd interior of fruit that ripens in the fall.

Those look just like mine. I have 3 lobed leaves too in mine.

I know I did that one time and photographed it once. Search my "My first pollinated syrian" post where I found a pollinated fig and I even grew the seeds but they died in 2015's summer heat sadly.
So, any ideas of the variety?

Hello everyone!
Long time since I posted!
I had so much work moving inground plants to different spots without killing them and lost a a number of plants due to the summer heat last year.

I have finally got my Egyptian fig to ripen one fig and I forgot to test if it was pollinated because the other figs did not ripen yet even older ones are sitting.

The fig tasted like a typical dark fig that we get from Turkey (ill post its picture in a reply) but sweeter and softer with a thinner skin and some sugary taste.

Here are some pictures in the attachments

Empty seeds, if they are pollinated they will have white meat inside them and taste different. There are some mulberry fruits with empty unpollinated seeds too.

Hello,

This year I got nothing! Not a single fig! I actually lost some cuttings due to the heat which got to 56C this year! The figs went dormant and are only now trying to leaf, but it got hot again and they went dormant... again....
What can I do? Water evaporates very fast and I have lost many plants. Even my citrus got burnt and the bark died with spots where the wood is exposed.
What can I do to help them produce this year? How can I make them break their dormancy?

And thanks to everyone who sent me cuttings. I am sorry they died even though I took them to a shady spot. Only one cutting survived which is for a lamepiera preta ( I hope the name is right).

See if the surface roots have knots. It can stress a tree and in drought can affect water intake.

Yep, Turkish variety. the bluish tinge is due to lighting and it is a layer of dust or something that goes off when you wash it. I olnly was able to taste export quality which had some acidity and slight flavors only it was not good Because not ripe.

Mine suffer even when watered.
in winter they manage but our HOT summer produces dry figs in June-August. I have to agree that the best figs come in the end of september.
