Hello,
  It is best to grow figs trees in light colored pots. Black pots (containers) will become very hot during hot summer months which will damage roots and lessen fig or fruit production. This is my experience with dark pots.

  My Celeste fig and leaf from the island of PONZA Italy looks like yours. Mine is 19 years old. I also have A Celeste that looks like JMRTSUS.

 All of my VDB limbs carry 5 lobe finger leaves now. You may get different leaf variation again when you transplant your young VDB.

  My Violette de Bordeaux which I think is also Negronne grew the same way as your Negronne with different leaves for a couple of years and resumed growing finger like leaves.

  I still have the Valle Negra fig tree that you sent me 3 or 4 years ago. However it is not a Valle Negra. It is a VALLECALDA aka Nero 400M aka Nero 600M confirmed by Sergio.Nero400M and Nero600M aka Vallecalda is confirmed by me.
