I went through root rotting with one of my cutting a while ago. You kinda tell by the root color when it turn brownish. I end up cutting the rotting part of and start again, one of them die :(

I contact this seller on ebay before. I inform her about being scammer and it didn't surprise her, she just reply "Thank you" (something like I know it :) I would suggest to anyone that if you plan to buy from ebay.com try to identify the seller if they are member of F4F or ourfigs.com and look them up in the forum to see if he/she is trust worthy, my 2cents.
