Sorry to comment it but it has been happening to me especially during summer time rooting. /higher humidity caused from higher temperature in a small bottle - greenhouse/
The roots are triggered to grow due to higher humitity condensated in a top of the cover and humidity is increased in a upper part.
It is nothing unusual. I would let them. Just check whether there is sufficient root system in down part inside this substrate or not.
If not, then just carefully replant the figcutting in a taller (transparent) pot deeper and those new roots which are onto top of the cutting cover by a substrat as well. Potentional buds wil do grow through the substrat as offshoots. (However, I see there in the snapshot two good developed green buds which they would be over the ground level in this case so no any issue).

Ercan,
Could I make serious reservation for 3 cuttings, now? Will be ordered in february 2017.

Direct answer on Your conditions>
12-13 cm 8-11 mm
When it is thicker and too long ..the young root system can have difficulties to "Feed" that stock. A Correlation subject.
/Slimmer I would not take either as thicker if You had a choice/.

Searching for help to identify this fig. Found in an abandoned Hedge.
The pictures are taken in the middle of October when night temperatures dropped under 3 degrees Celsius.
Now, in late of October located in Central Europe (City of Bratislava) it is still with main crop ripening on branches but very high. Brebas have not seen due to found this fall.
The taste is sweet, fruit-plumb flavoured.
That one on snapshots is little damaged by insect.
I am sure it is not TB. I assume it could be Olympian.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
That fig is a breba of BrownTurkey as known in Europe.
The leaves are a bit odd, more than likely because they probably were growing in a shady spot or inside the canopy of the tree.
Thanks,
Sunny place from the base of the wall of castle´s second fortification. However, true, it was little bit from inside the canopy of the bush shaped fig tree.

Sory, Immediatelly we collected some several ripe figs, they were eaten directly afterward with no knife.
I won´t travel there soon unfortunatelly.
The structure of flesh was pink, raw, meaty, tasting full sweet and with full fig flavour. If they had some time to ripe much more it would be better and tastier even.
